If you’re unlucky enough to receive a faulty or damaged print from us, please contact us stating your order number and the nature of the fault or damage. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. If you simply change your mind about the item you have bought from us online, you can contact us within 30 days from the date of dispatch. In this instance however, the print/prints must be in resalable condition. Please make sure contact us via our contact us page, we aim to get back in touch within two working days.
